The "boys" out for a spin... (story below)

Tom Cannon writes, "I am the 'younger' fellow on the 1915 Case traction engine 50 HP (Boys out for a ride) that you have pictured in your Alexander Steam Show of 1998. I have the complete history of this engine from when it was purchased by Cortland County NY to pull a road grader to build some of the first roads. The chief engineer (on the throttle) is 95 year old Merel Case and the engine is owned by the Allegany County Agricultural Society in Angelica NY. This is the only county fair in the nation with a live steam show. The fair dates for 1999 are July 18 to 24 in Angelica, NY and I hope to see you there."
